Terms of Use

Lemixer is an internal platform developed and operated exclusively by Myoptin. It is designed to collect, process, and distribute leads generated through Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads campaigns managed by Myoptin on its own Business Manager accounts.

Lemixer is not a public-facing product and is not made available to third parties. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel and systems within Myoptin.

Lemixer accesses lead data generated via Facebook Lead Ads forms through the Meta Marketing API. The following data may be collected and processed:

• Full name of the lead
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any additional fields configured in the Lead Ad form

Collected lead data is transmitted to Myoptin's clients via a secure internal API. Clients receive only the data necessary to fulfill their commercial outreach activities (calls, emails, follow-up).

Lemixer is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Retrieving leads generated by Myoptin's own Facebook Lead Ads campaigns
• Processing and validating lead data for quality assurance
• Transmitting qualified leads to Myoptin's commercial clients via API
• Monitoring campaign performance and lead flow

The platform is not used to access data from third-party Business Manager accounts, manage advertising on behalf of other companies, or resell access to the platform itself.

Lemixer operates in full compliance with Meta's platform policies. Specifically:

• Data accessed via the Meta API is used solely for the declared purpose of lead distribution
• No Meta platform data is sold, licensed, or shared with unauthorized parties
• Lead data is not used for advertising targeting outside of Myoptin's own campaigns
• Data retention policies are aligned with Meta's requirements and applicable law
• Users who submitted their information via Lead Ads forms did so voluntarily and with appropriate consent disclosures on the form

Lead data collected through Lemixer is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the commercial purposes described in these Terms. Upon request or at the end of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted from Myoptin's systems.

Any individual whose data has been collected through a Lead Ad form may request deletion by contacting Myoptin directly at privacy@myoptin.app.

Myoptin implements industry-standard security measures to protect all data processed through the Lemixer platform, including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and regular security audits.

Myoptin provides the Lemixer platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Myoptin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Myoptin reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
